Maury Elizabeth Henriquez is a Honduras lawyer who enjoys creating dishes from scratch in her cozy home along with her family. She has over ten years of experience working in different restaurants as a cook, kitchen manager, and general manager. She has worked in Tennessee and Utah, so she has vast experience creating diverse dishes and using different and unique ingredients native to those states. Maury learned cooking from the very best, her mom.
